All of our bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and our five bedrooms can accommodate up to fourteen guests at a time, making us ideal for families and group bookingsWe also pride ourselves on the quality of our food. Our fully equipped kitchen enables us to produces fresh and attractive meals made from fresh ingredients. Meals are served in our restaurant, or the lounge bar. Parties can be catered for with advanced notice, with a full meal for up to 30 people, or a Buffet for up to 80, Ideal for parties or special occasions. The Queens Head is an historic 17th century coaching inn, situated in the Troutbeck Valley.Throughout the inn are solid oak beams, stone flag flors and heartwarming log fires by which you can enjoy a deserved drink, ordered from the bar which was once an Elizabethan four-poster bed from a room in Appleby Castle. Hotel guests home comforts are very much of this century. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with en-suite bathrooms, colour televison and tea and coffee making facilities.
